24.52.214.xxx Just wanted to say I lost 50 pounds so far. Just eating
better and excersizing at least 45 minutes a day...I'm about 6'2 and
I know weigh about 188 pounds... The hardest part of any diet is the
start....the transition from no excersize to moderate excersize, and
the cutting down of food can be tough. After about 3 weeks though
of really keeping at it, your body will kick-start into weight loss
mode. It will be easier to eat less, easier to excersize...
After that, it's just keeping up your diet and watching the pounds
			go away...

			i was 14 years old,like 5'6 and 222 pounds. in 8 months i lost 70
pounds. i still cant believe it.  after the first three days
of cutting calories and meal portions your stomach will be
adjusted so its really not all that hard as we all think it is.

			24.243.206.xxx I'm 5'2" and 7 months ago I weighed roughly 140. I cut
calories dramatically by eating smaller portions and only drinking
water (lots), tea, or coffee. Today I have surpassed my goal weight
of 120 and am now a healthy 110. Dieting is hard at first,
but you get used to it.

I am going to keep dieting for another 2 to 3 weeks i want to be

206.253.200.xxx I just want to share with you my storey about how hard it is losing
weight, and trying to keep it off. I stared putting on my weight
since I was about 4 years old now i am 15, and weighing 265
pounds. I just started my diet… I never though it would be so
hard. During this pass week I have been tempted so many time to
eat food that was not good for me, but I stuck it out and made it
through. I have been eating a lot of fruits and salads and also
i have been excirsing, but the most important thing i have been
doing is drinking alot of water and very pround to say i have lost 1
pound. When i lost that pound it made me feel very good about my
self, and showed me that i can lose weight and that its going to
be hard but i can do it.

128.172.211.x Hi! I... I ended up at 5'5" and 165 pounds.... What I did was
restrict all snacks. I used to eat cubes of cheese and drink milk in
the afternoon... no more. Whenever Mom came home with Little
Debbie cakes, I took one but stored it in the freezer instead of
eating it. That way I felt like I wasn't missing out. I ate 3
meals a day, but never had seconds. I also never ever ate desserts
or sweet things, except for fruits. The longer you go without
cake and ice cream, the less you will want to eat them. Well, I
lost 20 pounds in one summer, without exercizing, ... Later on when
I got older, I lost 20 more pounds, and now I weigh a slim 120…

32.103.211.231 I had always been overweight for as long as I can remember,… I
procrastinated constantly, saying "I'll go on a diet tomorrow..."
and other things to that effect. I was a compulsive overeater,
and very ashamed of the way I looked. By my sophomore year of high
school, I weighed almost 270 pounds, and I probably wore
			about a size 24 (I am 5'9" tall). ..a month before my 16th
birthday, something hit me and I decided I didn't want to be fat
anymore. I started slowly… trying to cut out most sweets. I
would still have a piece of cake or something once or twice a week,
but was eventually able to cut sweets out almost altogether.
I gradually stopped eating fried foods completely, and now just
the thought of them grosses me out. I'll occasionally have a
cookie or a little bit of ice cream, but usually the guilt I feel
afterwards makes it not even worth it. ..right now I weigh
130 pounds, for a total weight loss of 140 pounds! …

sugar and over eating is an addiction, so, you need to treat it
like an addiction- you need to stop the physical part by dealing
with the mentality behind the addiction. work on your issues with
food. meditate on it. also, the addiction is physical- your body is
used to getting fed so many calories and so much sugar and processed
foods. you need to cut back on all of the very sugary, processed
foods and fight through the cravings- they will subside after some
time. even two weeks of a strict, no processed-sugar diet will
do wonders for not only your weight, but your physical addiction to
food, and also build your self-confidence in your ability to take
care of yourself and get your life under control. you can do this.
you will do this. take it one mouthful at a time, remmebering that
each bite counts, and you WILL succeed!
